Our Founder, Lead Facilitator and Managing Director (Africa) Helene Gardiner holds University Qualifications in Training and Development, Human Resources and Marketing and is a Certified Professional Coach (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching). Helene has over 30 years experience in the curation, delivery and assessment of bespoke, Brand-aligned Learning to Clients in the Maldives and Southern African Hospitality and Non-Hospitality Sectors.
Brian Gardiner
Our Expert Hospitality Consultant Brian Gardiner, HCIMA and Harvard Business School educated, with 16 openings and 30 years of experience as a General Manager within the premium luxury hospitality industry and currently at Six Senses, focuses on “deep-dive” insight, innovation and practicality, ensuring our offer keeps razor-sharp, giving You the Client, the necessary advantage needed in an ultra competitive Brand-driven market.
Mariyam Noordeen
Our Managing Director (Maldives) Mariyam Noordeen holds a Master of Arts in Hospitality Management from the University of Birmingham. Mariyam has over 30 years experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Curriculum Development and Training. Mariyam was the former Dean of the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Studies at the University of the Maldives and is currently the President of The Chefs Guild of Maldives.
